Our Founder

Richard Rothery is a three-decade veteran leader in management consulting. Before founding Ask Kepler, he spent his career at Deloitte Consulting, where he served as the firm's national Quality & Innovation Leader and as Lead Risk MD on 16 Deloitte Consulting acquisitions — leading quality for the firm's M&A practice and its largest implementation practices, SAP and Oracle, and leading the negotiation of more than $7 billion in client contracts. After that decades-long career with the world's leading management consultancy, he built Ask Kepler so that same caliber of thinking could work for everyone.
